The Denetleme Kurulu of APLISENS S.A. consists of five members appointed and dismissed by the General Meeting. The members of the current Denetleme Kurulu are appointed for a joint three-year term of office.

Edmund Kozak - Chairman of the Denetleme Kurulu
Edmund Kozak has been acting as a Chairman of the Denetleme Kurulu since 22 June 2010. Edmund Kozak holds a PH.D title in Agrophysics. Edmund Kozak graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In addition, Edmund Kozak graduated from Executive MBA in WUT Business School.
Dariusz Tenderenda - Vice-Chairman of the Denetleme Kurulu
Dariusz Tenderenda was appointed as Vice President of the Yönetim Kurulu on 5 June 2013. He has been acting as a Member of the Denetleme Kurulu since 10 June 2013. Dariusz Tenderenda graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with the major: Organization and Yönetim. He also completed an MBA course at University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Yönetim. He completed postgraduate course in Commercial Bank Yönetim at Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate course in Practical Yönetim organized by French Institute of Yönetim and Warsaw School of Economics .
Andrzej Kobiałka - Member of the Denetleme Kurulu
Andrzej Kobiałka has been acting as a Member of the Denetleme Kurulu since 1 April 2008. Andrzej Kobiałka obtained a secondary school diploma. Furthermore Andrzej Kobiałka is Head of Service Department, APLISENS S.A.
Bożena Hoja - Member of the Denetleme Kurulu
Bożena Hoja has been acting as a Member of the Denetleme Kurulu since June 5, 2013. Bożena Hoja obtained a postsecondary school diploma in Economics. Furthermore Bożena Hoja is Deputy Chief Accountant Head of APLISENS S.A.
Mirosław Karczmarczyk - Member of the Denetleme Kurulu
Mirosław Karczmarczyk has been acting as a Member of the Denetleme Kurulu since 1 April 2008. Mirosław Karczmarczyk is graduated from Warsaw University of Technology majored in Precision Mechanics. He is a designer in the cooperation department
